- Initial set up of the suite with linens, towels, dish soap, toilet paper, toiletries are provided. After that time tenants will be responsible for purchasing dish soap and toiletries. Tenants are responsible for washing
linens. No additional linens will be provided. Please note that laundry, clothing or personal items should not be hung outside on balconies, patios, outdoor furniture or railings. This is unsightly for other tenants. - Trash must be disposed of in the dumpster and not left in the hallway.

We are serving up all kinds of fun at our Pickleball Courts! A sport for all ages, Pickleball combines many elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. According to USA Pickleball, the rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
We have two courts available to our long-term guests, and you can reserve one of our pickleball courts with our Front Office Team.
North Sound Golf Course
During your extended stay, tee off from the vibrant greens of the neighbouring North Sound Golf Club, Cayman’s premier 18-hole golf course. Outdoor runners can also enjoy tropical views along palm tree-lined paths circling the golf course.

Pet Policy
We also accept pets in our corporate housing, provided they are not left for long periods of time and dogs don’t bark when unattended.
If you plan to bring your pet, please let us know at the time of booking and click here for the pet agreement. Official service dogs are not restricted to pet-friendly accommodations. Please send us a photo of your furry companion along with this signed agreement so we know who we should be expecting.

Resort Overview & Location
Where is the resort located?
The Holiday Inn Resort & Grand Caymanian Resort is located on the North Sound waterfront, just minutes from Seven Mile Beach, a short drive to George Town, and steps from the North Sound Golf Club.
How many buildings and units are on the property?
The resort consists of three hospitality entities across two buildings. The Holiday Inn Resort offers 82 guest suites, and the Grand Caymanian Resort offers 32 suites and 56 timeshare units. Amenities are nearly identical on both sides; however, Grand Caymanian units feature showers only.

Yes. Virtual tours are available for both Studio Suites and One-Bedroom King Suites.

Suite Types, Accessibility & Occupancy
What suite types are available for long-term rentals?
Studio Suites (approximately 500 square feet) and One-Bedroom King Suites (approximately 900 square feet) are available. Two-Bedroom Suites may be available seasonally and consist of a connecting Studio Suite and One-Bedroom Suite, subject to availability.
What is the maximum occupancy per unit?
A maximum of three registered guests may stay in any unit. At no time may more than four people be in a suite, including visiting guests.
Are accessible suites available?
Rates, Payments & Booking Requirements
Are long-term rates guaranteed?
No. A limited number of long-term rates are available each month and are subject to availability. Once the maximum number of long-term rentals has been reached, rates may no longer be offered or may be available at an additional fee.
How long is my quote valid?
Quotes are valid for one week only and may change if availability is no longer available at the time of booking.
What is required to secure a booking?
To confirm a long-term rental, guests must provide a signed long-term rental agreement, full payment of the first month’s rent, and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
What payment methods are accepted?
Monthly payments may be made by local bank transfer without a fee, or international transfers for an additional $8 banking fee. Credit card or debit card payments are accepted and are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
Check-In, Check-Out & Rental Period Flexibility
What are the check-in and check-out times for long-term rentals?
Check-in is after 4:00pm on the first day of the month.
Check-out is by 11:00am on the first day of the following month.
Can I add extra nights before or after my rental period?
Additional nights may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Amenities, Inclusions & Programs
What is included in my monthly rental?
Monthly rentals include complimentary high-speed internet, parking, access to the fitness room, pickleball courts (1 hour per day), freshwater pool, beach cabanas and hammocks, guest barbeque area, 24-hour front desk service, and utilities such as water and electricity. Limited weekly housekeeping is also included.
Do I earn IHG Rewards points or qualify for Kids Eat Free?
No. IHG Rewards points and the Kids Eat Free program do not apply to long-term rentals.
Housekeeping & In-Suite Services
Is housekeeping included in long-term rentals?
Yes. One full housekeeping service per week is included and is typically scheduled on Wednesdays between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
What does weekly housekeeping include?
Weekly service includes bed making and linen changes, towel replacement, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, counter wipe-downs, sweeping and mopping of floors, and air-conditioning maintenance.
What is not included in housekeeping services?
Housekeeping does not include washing dishes, replenishment of toiletries or paper products, deep cleaning of furniture or appliances, or cleaning of areas such as inside cabinets, closets, or under beds. Guests are responsible for day-to-day cleaning and supplies.
Guests, Visitors & Pets
Can I have visitors in my suite?
Yes. Visiting guests not listed on the rental agreement incur a daily fee of US$10 per person. All visitors must be registered in advance, and the total number of people in the suite may not exceed four at any time.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are permitted provided they are not left unattended for long periods and do not disturb other guests. A signed pet agreement and a photo of the pet are required at the time of booking. Service animals are exempt from restrictions.
Incidentals, Credit Cards & Pre-Authorization
Is a credit card required at check-in?
Yes. A credit card is required at check-in, and a US$500 pre-authorization will be placed to cover incidental charges such as dining or lobby purchases.
Can I opt out of the pre-authorization?
Yes. Guests may opt out by paying directly for incidentals. In this case, in-room phones will be disabled, and no pre-authorization will be processed.
When is the pre-authorization released?
The pre-authorization is automatically released 5–7 business days after check-out.
